WAV Group provides executive recruiting and succession advisory services for boards and leadership teams navigating critical transitions. Our work is relationship-driven, not transactional. We specialize in C-suite and senior leadership placements where discretion, industry knowledge, and judgment matter.

We do not conduct searches through mass-market job boards. Instead, leadership roles are announced through the WAV Group website and social channels to activate our professional network and signal opportunity to qualified industry leaders. Candidate identification, outreach, and evaluation are then conducted through direct, trusted relationships built over decades across real estate, MLSs, associations, and real estate technology companies.

This approach allows us to move beyond resume-driven recruiting and focus on leadership capability, cultural alignment, and strategic fit. Our network provides access to executives who are often not actively seeking new roles but are open to the right opportunity when approached thoughtfully and confidentially.

Because of the breadth and depth of that network, WAV Group consistently delivers a strong slate of candidates who meet the board’s criteria. Our goal is not to present a single recommendation or a short list driven by scarcity.
